Devin Wiki MCP Repo Format

For the tools present in the Devin wiki, the repo name is needed and it has different formats for different integrations:

1. If the repo exists on github.com, the format of owner/repo works fine.

2. If the repo exists on Azure DevOps, the format needs to be the full path of the repo starting with dev.azure.com

For any other integrations, try out both these approaches and see which approach works.
