Removal of Wiki and Repo Indexes for Private Repos

1. First, set up the repos in Devin's machine.
2. Once the setup has been complete, wait for indexing to be completed.
3. Once indexing is complete, remove the repo from Devin's machine and it should remove the indexes as well as the corresponding wiki.
