Large repo setup instructions

If repo setup fails during the cloning step and the repo being setup is large in size, ask customer to follow these steps:

- start setup for a smaller repo
- cd ~/repo and then git clone the large repo yourself
- save the setup for the small repo, which will also save the now-cloned big repo
- try setting up the big repo again, which should be faster now because it was already cloned

If repo size is small, escalate issue in #bugs-repo-setup
